Shipping & Processing Time 

For orders within the US:

Your order will be ready to ship in 1-3 business days from the order date. The standard carrier is USPS First Class Mail and your order should arrive 4-7 business days after you've placed the order. Please note that once your order is shipped, delivery times are out of our control and can take longer than described above. This is especially likely around common holidays.

Shipping within the US is free via USPS First Class Mail. For shipping upgrades or international shipping, shipping costs are based on items size and weight of all combined items of your order. If you have questions, please reach out to info@alenarieca.com.

For orders outside of the US:

Your order will be ready to ship in 1-3 business days from the order date. Shipping costs are based on items size and weight of all combined items of your order. Times for delivery varies by country. The estimated time of arrival will be included in your shipping confirmation. Please note that once your order is shipped, delivery times are out of our control and can take longer than described above. If you have questions, please reach out to info@alenarieca.com.

All transactions are secure and encrypted. Available payment options are listed on the store-checkout page and on the bottom of this website.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Alenarieca gladly accepts returns and exchanges of non-sale items within 14 days of your item(s) delivery for a full refund. Should you have any problems with your order, please contact us at info@alenarieca.com before sending anything back. That way, we can work out the best solution (for example, sometimes it's unnecessary to send an item back).

If returning the item is recommended, you are responsible for sending the item back to receive a refund or exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any value loss.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
